appointment times & Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment so that the next client is able to be seen at their allocated time. We understand that things happen, but we cannot overrun to accommodate your lateness, depending on the treatment if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your treatment and you will lose your booking fee.
All treatment duration times include consultation, preparation time, treatment, before and after photographs and vacation of the room.
cancellation & No Show policy
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel so the slot can be offered to someone else, then your booking fee will be transferred to your next booking. If not, a cancellation fee of up to 100% applies and you will lose your booking fee. In the case of a “no show” you will lose your booking fee and it will not be transferred over to your next booking. For repeat late cancellations, late arrivals and no shows we will ask for payment in full on booking or refuse future bookings.
Booking Fee & Card Capture Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. If you fail to show up, cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours you will lose your booking fee and 100% of the treatment value will be charged to your payment card used at the time of booking.
Service Guarantee and refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We operate a no refund policy however we are committed to making any needed corrections.
We cannot give refunds on any products sold due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can send it back to the manufacturer for review.
Right to refuse service
We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, rudeness, intoxicated, not respecting our staff or salon policies or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
age limit & Children
We do offer selected treatments to children, however these must be booked in advance as days/times are limited. Children are not able to enter certain areas, touch equipment or tools and remain your full responsibility. We are unable to offer treatments to people under 18 years of age without parental/guardian consent and reserve the right to ask for proof of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
mobile Phones/Smart Watches
For the comfort of those clients having relaxing treatments please have mobile phones/smart watches switched to their silent mode.
parking
All cars are parked at the risk of their owners. There is room for 2 small cars in the slot directly outside the salon, if you can, please try and park to one side so another car can possibly park next to you if there is ample space. Parking is free of charge for up to 2 hours in the allocated slots on Abbey Road and for longer appointments there is unlimited free on-street parking on other streets in the area. It is your responsibility to park safely and responsibly. Pamper Lounge is not liable for any damages or fines.
Valuables
Please keep any valuables in your possession. Pamper Lounge accepts no responsibility for loss of any valuables at any point during your visit. If you find anything, we ask that all lost property is handed at reception.
Patch Testing
A patch test will be required at least 48 hours prior to all tinting, brow & lash treatments for new clients and existing clients after 6 months or due to any health/medical changes. Please request your patch test upon booking your appointment, you can call, message or book it online failure to do so will result in cancellation of treatment and cancellation fee.
Consultations
For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have any allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, if you are pregnant, or of any changes to your health or medical history. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your therapist immediately. Treatments will only be carried out on successful completion of a consultation prior to your appointment.
Consultation forms will be emailed to you along with pre and post treatment advice, all of which you need to sign and complete before arriving. This not only saves time on the day, it ensures we can contact you to address any concerns, make sure the treatment is suitable for you and treat you safely on the day. It also gives you peace of mind when you know what to expect, you can come prepared and leave knowing everything has been covered and you are in safe hands. Online and in person consultations are also available.
Aftercare
Aftercare is key. Please follow all relevant aftercare advice to ensure the longevity of the corresponding treatment. If there is ever any problem with your treatment please let us know within 24 hours and provide photos where necessary.

Appointments can be made via our online booking system, in person or over the phone. We are unable to take appointments or amendments to appointments via email.
